Liz Fleming
After several years doing the cafe rounds between Philadelphia and Sydney, Liz Fleming decided to blend all of her experiences into one neat little package. The result: a unique international eatery and coffee house in the heart of Philadelphia. |

Nancy Silverman
Following extensive stints pounding the floors at Cosi
and Bleu, Nancy joined Liz in realizing a vision. That vision now stands at South St between
22nd and 23rd, providing all the comforts of a
neighborhood cafe and the flavor of an
international eatery. |

Liz and Nancy first
met in Elementary school and have been planning
their cafe ever since (this demonstrates
considerable forethought on their part). Although
this story has yet to be confirmed, apparently they
would do a daily review of their school cafeteria
lunches and make suggestions on how they could
improve the health and quality of their daily fare. |
